After taking out the usb cork lights, twist the bottom then the bottle lights will bright. Vice versa.
If you find the lights is becoming dim or stop bright, that means the batteries are almost out, you can pluck the cork which in the top, charge them with their usb port. When it is charged, there appears a red light; the red light will disappear when charge is finished.
One full charge needs about 20-30 minutes, charge once can last at least 3 hours. Then it maybe become dim. Remember to recharge it!
